watching you on your way

This pic inspired from works like `gilad’s “Just another face in the crowd” ([link]) and works of famous & very popular photographer in Israel – Alex Livak.
The main point is to connect the background – in Gilad’s pic: painted wall, in mine: ads in bus station, and in Livak’s works is many things: from ads to newspaper photos – to real character, and in this connection the artist told some story to you, the watcher.
Two similar events were the trigger to this pic: 1) I saw Gilad’s work, and 2) I saw the Livak’s photo album.
From that day, I start to search objects for similar pic in this concept.
I got the opportunity to this pic in journey to my girlfriend. He was in seat next to me in the station, with thoughtful look - soldier in the way to his base, and This Top-Model in the ads behind him.
She was looking at us from her cage in the ads window with half longing, half tempting stare. He was on his way to his draft in the army. It make me to think about my mum, when my father left our home behind to his draft in the wars, and about myself and my girl – what we will do when it will be my turn. My draft. My duty. The next war.

Actually – those thoughts were sub-inspiration, and another trigger .

I took some pics from tiny range. I couldn’t help this burn in the right side – there was extreme contrast of sun and shadow .
